The invention provides an electric power-assisted bicycle torque sensing system and an electric power-assisted bicycle. The electric power-assisted bicycle torque sensing system comprises an inner ring gear 6, a planetary gear train 5, a sun gear output shaft 2, a pressure conversion device 9 and a signal processing component 8. The inner ring gear 6, the planetary gear train 5 and the sun gear output shaft 2 are meshed in sequence. The planetary gear train 5 is used for driving the inner ring gear 6 to move, the pressure conversion device 9 on the edge of the inner ring gear 6 is used for transmitting an acting force signal to the signal processing component 8, the signal processing component 8 is used for converting the acting force signal into an electrical signal and transmitting the electrical signal to a controller, to realize torque feedback. By applying the electric power-assisted bicycle torque sensing system and the electric power-assisted bicycle, the condition that a speed sensor is inapplicable to climbing of the electric power-assisted bicycle is solved. In addition, the system is simple and compact in structure, torque data are stable and reliable, and the sense of reality and comfort in riding are guaranteed.
