The invention discloses a connection structure of a motor and a speed reducer in a hoisting mechanism of a tower crane, the connection structure comprises a tower body, a balance arm and a hoisting mechanism, the balance arm is arranged on the top of the tower body, the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the balance arm, the hoisting mechanism comprises the motor, the speed reducer, an elastic body, a fixed half coupling and a detachable half coupling, the fixed half coupling is fixedly provided with a first shaft sleeve and a first convex claw, the detachable half coupling comprises a second shaft sleeve and a second convex claw, and the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are fixedly connected with the motor and the speed reducer respectively. The elastic body replacement device is reasonable in structural design, connection stability and firmness of the coupler are guaranteed, replacement of the elastic body can be rapidly and conveniently achieved, time and labor are saved, working efficiency is improved, and labor intensity is reduced; and the dangerousness of the maintenance personnel during high-altitude operation is also reduced.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机起升机构中电机与减速器的联接结构,包括塔身、平衡臂和起升机构,所述平衡臂设置于塔身顶部,所述起升机构设置于平衡臂上,所述起升机构包括电机、减速器、弹性体、固定半联轴器、和可拆半联轴器,所述固定半联轴器固定设置有第一轴套和第一凸爪,所述可拆半联轴器包括第二轴套和第二凸爪,所述第一轴套、第二轴套分别与电机、减速器固定连接。本发明结构设计合理,既保证了联轴器的联接稳定和牢固性能,又能够快捷、方便的实现弹性体的更换,省时省力,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,特别是在高空更换起升机构中联接电机与减速器的联轴器的弹性体时,还减少了维修人员高空作业时的危险性。
