The tread rubber composition with low hysteresis loss is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of matrix rubber, 40-80 parts of a reinforcing filling material, 1.6-6.4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-4 parts of a white carbon black dispersing agent, 0-10 parts of environment-friendly rubber operating oil, 3-5 parts of an active agent, 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 2-4 parts of an accelerant, the matrix rubber is a diene elastomer and comprises 60-100 parts of a first diene elastomer, 0-30 parts of a second diene elastomer and 0-20 parts of a third diene elastomer; the content of the diene elastomer in the tread rubber composition is more than 50%; the Shore hardness of the tread rubber composition is 64-68 degrees, the tensile strength of the tread rubber composition is larger than or equal to 16 MPa, and the hysteresis loss tan delta at 70 DEG C of the tread rubber composition is smaller than 0.050. The tread rubber composition disclosed by the invention has ultralow hysteresis loss, excellent material mechanical property and good processing property.

    本发明提出一种低滞后损失的胎面橡胶组合物、混炼方法及轿车轮胎,属于橡胶轮胎制造领域。该低滞后损失的胎面橡胶组合物,按照质量份计,包括下列组分:基体橡胶100份,补强填充材料40‑80份,硅烷偶联剂1.6‑6.4份,白炭黑分散剂1‑4份,环保橡胶操作油0‑10份,活性剂3‑5份,防老剂3‑7份,硫化剂1‑4份,促进剂2‑4份;基体橡胶为二烯类弹性体,包括第一二烯类弹性体60‑100份,第二二烯类弹性体0‑30份,第三二烯类弹性体0‑20份;胎面橡胶组合物中的二烯类弹性体含量在50%以上;胎面橡胶组合物的邵氏硬度为64‑68度,胎面橡胶组合物的拉伸强度≥16MPa,胎面橡胶组合物的滞后损失tanδ@70℃<0.050。本发明胎面橡胶组合物具有超低的滞后损失、优异的材料力学性能、良好的加工工艺性能。
