The invention discloses an automatic lifting adjusting device for a steel ladle. By arranging a second connecting block, a circular gear, a motor, an annular rack and a power rod, an output shaft of the motor can drive the circular gear to rotate, the circular gear is meshed with the annular rack, the circular gear drives the annular rack to move upwards, the annular rack drives the power rod to move upwards, and the power rod moves upwards along a first guide groove; by arranging a first upper anti-falling block, a first lower anti-falling block, a second bolt and a first guide groove, the position of a first limiting block and the position of the power rod can be limited through a first limiting groove, the power rod can be automatically moved upwards or downwards, the position of a sliding rod body is adjusted, short-distance operation of workers is not needed, and the working efficiency is ensured during long-time working; the first connecting block is limited between the first upper anti-falling block and the first lower anti-falling block, the power rod is prevented from falling off, the power rod and the sliding rod body are prevented from rotating, and therefore flow errors of a water gap in the steel ladle body are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种钢包自动调节升降装置。本发明通过设置连接块二、圆齿轮、电机、环形齿条和动力杆,可使电机的输出轴带动圆齿轮转动,圆齿轮与环形齿条相啮合,圆齿轮带动环形齿条向上移动,环形齿条带动动力杆向上移动,动力杆沿着导向槽一向上移动,从而实现动力杆自动向上或者向下移动,实现对滑杆本体位置的调节,无需工人近距离作业,在长时间工作时确保工作效率,通过设置上防脱块一、下防脱块一、螺栓二和导向槽一,可使限位槽一对限位块一、动力杆的位置进行限制,将连接块一限制在上防脱块一和下防脱块一之间,避免动力杆脱落,避免动力杆、滑杆本体转动,从而避免钢水包本体内水口的流量出现误差。
