The invention discloses a video monitoring system for aligning a steel ladle lifting lug and a crown block lifting hook. The video monitoring system comprises the following working steps: (1) installing video monitoring camera equipment; (2) electrically connecting the video monitoring camera equipment with a gravity monitoring sensor on the lifting hook; (3) enabling a gravity monitoring sensor on the lifting hook to control video monitoring camera equipment; (4) intelligently adjusting the angle of the video monitoring camera equipment; and (5) intelligent controlling objects on the lifting hook. According to the invention, the video monitoring camera equipment is effectively and intelligently connected with the gravity monitoring sensor, so that the video monitoring camera equipment can be intelligently used without being started for a long time, the effect of saving electric energy is achieved, and through intelligent adjustment of the video monitoring camera equipment, and a worker can conveniently adjust different angles by using video monitoring camera equipment, and can amplify to the position where the lifting hook is located, so that the worker can conveniently check, regulate and control.

    本发明公开了一种钢包吊耳与天车吊钩对位的视频监控系统,包括以下所述工作步骤:(1)对视频监控摄像设备进行安装;(2)在视频监控摄像设备与吊钩上的重力监测传感器进行电性连接;(3)吊钩上的重力监测传感器将视频监控摄像设备进行控制;(4)视频监控摄像设备的角度可进行智能调节;(5)对吊钩上的物件进行智能控制。本发明通过视频监控摄像设备与重力监测传感器进行有效的智能连接,便于将视频监控摄像设备进行智能使用,无需长时间开启,从而达到了节省电能的效果,通过视频监控摄像设备的智能调节,可使得工作人员便于进行使用视频监控摄像设备进行不同的角度调节,并且可进行放大到吊钩所处的位置,便于工作人员进行查看调控。
