The invention discloses a variable-amplitude crane for mounting a single-side arch rib of a steel tube arch bridge. The variable-amplitude crane for mounting the single-side arch rib of the steel tube arch bridge comprises a chassis, a suspension arm, a lifting assembly, a variable-amplitude assembly, a hoisting longitudinal moving assembly, a hoisting transverse moving assembly, a walking system and an anchoring assembly, the bottom of the suspension arm is hinged to a connecting lug plate on the front portion of the chassis through a pin shaft, the hoisting longitudinal moving assembly is installed on the upper portion of the suspension arm, the lifting assembly and the amplitude changing assembly are installed on the rear side of the connecting lug plate on the front portion of the chassis through bolts, the walking system is arranged on the lower portion of the chassis, and the anchoring assembly is installed on the rear portion of the chassis. The problems that an existing hoisting crane is heavy in structural weight and large in working space range or needs to pave rails on a full bridge are solved, the overall structure is simple and compact, the hoisting crane has the advantages of being convenient to disassemble and maintain, meanwhile, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the use efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于钢管拱桥单边拱肋安装的变幅起重机,该用于钢管拱桥单边拱肋安装的变幅起重机包括:底盘、吊臂、起升组件、变幅组件、吊装纵移组件、吊装横移组件、走行系统及锚固组件;所述吊臂的底部通过销轴铰接在底盘前部的连接耳板上,所述吊装纵移组件安装在吊臂上部,所述起升组件以及变幅组件均通过螺栓安装在位于底盘前部的连接耳板后侧,所述走行系统设置在底盘下部,所述锚固组件安装在底盘的后部。本发明解决了以往吊装起重机的结构重量重、工作空间范围大或是需要全桥铺装轨道的问题,整体结构简单紧凑,具有拆卸维护方便的优点,同时降低了维护的成本,提高了使用效率。
