The invention relates to the field of an on-arch crane device for installing an arch bridge deck. The on-arch crane device comprises a hoisting mechanism, a traction mechanism, a main beam structure, a walking mechanism and a lifting appliance, the on-arch crane device is installed on the bridge floor of the arch bridge, rail guiding and limiting do not need to be arranged on a chord pipe, under traction of the traction hoisting mechanism of the traction mechanism, the main beam structure walks through the walking mechanism, limiting and guiding in the left-right direction are conducted through the clamping system, and axial advancing of the main beam structure in the arch can be achieved; the hoisting operation safety can be guaranteed through the walking mechanism, the walking locking mechanism and the clamping system, stress conversion of overall forward movement of the front supporting beam and the rear supporting beam and forward movement of the main beam structure can be formed through the walking locking mechanism and the traction locking mechanism, the whole forward movement process is stable and safe, and the influence on the chord pipe is small. The traction mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the main beam structure in the walking direction, construction can be conducted from one end of an arch to the other end of the arch, multiple devices are not needed, and when a single device is adopted, the position does not need to be replaced.

    本发明涉及领域一种拱桥桥面安装拱上吊机装置,包括起升机构、牵引机构、主梁结构、走行机构和吊具;拱桥桥面安装拱上吊机装置,无需在弦管上设置轨道导向和限位,在牵引机构的牵引卷扬机构的牵引下,主梁结构利用走行机构行走,利用夹紧系统进行左右方向的限位和导向,能够实现主梁结构在拱的轴向前进,且利用走行机构、行走锁定机构和夹紧系统能够保证吊装作业安全,且利用行走锁定机构和牵引锁定机构能够形成前支撑梁和后支撑梁整体前移和主梁结构前移的受力转换,整个前进过程稳定安全,且对弦管的影响较小。主梁结构沿行走方向的两端对称设有牵引机构,能够从拱的一端施工至拱的另一端,无需多台设备,且采用单台设备时,无需更换位置。
