The crane equipment comprises a crane equipment main beam, a triangular limiting check block, a first distance sensor, a sliding rail, a crane trolley moving groove, a crane trolley fixing block, a crane trolley and a hook are arranged on the crane equipment main beam, and a second distance sensor, a moving wheel cavity, moving wheels, a rotating rod and a lower rotating wheel are arranged on the crane trolley fixing block; a transmission belt is arranged on the surface of the lower rotating wheel, an upper rotating wheel is arranged on the inner side face of the other end of the transmission belt, a rotating shaft is arranged in the upper rotating wheel, a motor is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, and a connecting inclined strut and a traveling equipment base are arranged at the lower end of the traveling equipment main beam. Therefore, the traveling crane is subjected to speed reduction treatment, the situation that the traveling crane rushes out of the rail and collides with one another is avoided, and the safety is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及行车领域,公开了一种不锈钢管生产智能防碰撞行车设备。本发明中,包括行车设备主梁,行车设备主梁上设置有三角限位挡块、距离感应器一、滑轨、起重小车移动槽、起重小车固定块、起重小车及挂钩,起重小车固定块上设置有距离感应器二及移动轮腔、移动轮、旋转杆及下转轮,下转轮的表面设置有传动带,传动带的另一端的内侧面设置有上转轮,上转轮的内部设置有旋转轴,旋转轴的一端设置有电机,行车设备主梁下端设置有接斜撑及行车设备底座,通过智能感应及时判断行车的移动速度,从而对行车采取降速的处理,从而避免了行车冲出轨道及相互碰撞的情况发生,极大的提高了安全性。
