The invention discloses a novel wear-resistant ship loading bucket lifting appliance which is mainly composed of a lifting appliance frame, a connecting steel cable and a lifting chain, the tops of the two sides of the lifting appliance frame are fixedly connected with fixing seats, the tops of the fixing seats are connected with the connecting steel cable, and the tops of the connecting steel cable are connected with butt joint buckles. Meanwhile, a hoisting chain is mounted on the outer side of the butt joint buckle; comprising a limiting block which is movably nested in the butt joint buckle, a connecting block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the limiting block, a telescopic spring is connected to the bottom of the connecting block, and a pull rod is installed in the telescopic spring; and the connecting frame is installed at the bottom of the lifting appliance frame, and the outer side of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a connecting plate. According to the novel wear-resistant ship loading bucket lifting appliance, the clamping size can be automatically adjusted according to the size of a lifting box body, the lifting box body can be automatically locked, and a driving motor locked in an overload mode is protected through the arrangement of a first ratchet wheel and a second ratchet wheel.

    本发明公开了一种耐磨损的新型装船斗吊具,其主要由吊具框架、连接钢缆和吊装链条组成,所述吊具框架的两侧顶部固定连接有固定座,且固定座的顶部连接有连接钢缆,并且连接钢缆的顶部连接有对接扣,同时对接扣的外侧安装有吊装链条;包括:限位块,活动嵌套于所述对接扣的内部,且限位块的底部固定连接有连接块,并且连接块的底部连接有伸缩弹簧,并且伸缩弹簧的内部安装有拉杆;连接框架,安装于所述吊具框架的底部,且连接框架的外侧固定连接有连接板。该耐磨损的新型装船斗吊具可对根据吊装箱体的尺寸自动来对夹持尺寸进行调节,且可以自动对吊装箱体进行锁定,并利用第一棘轮和第二棘轮的设置,来对过载锁定的驱动电机进行保护。
