The invention discloses a shipping and barging method for a large caisson and a caisson lifting appliance. The shipping and barging method for the large caisson comprises the following steps that a crane and the caisson lifting appliance are arranged on a wharf; the caisson is conveyed to the position below the caisson lifting appliance through an air bag; the caisson lifting appliance is connected with the caisson; and the caisson is lifted and conveyed to a semi-submersible barge by the crane through the caisson lifting appliance, so that the expenditure for building a shipping wharf between the semi-submersible barge and the wharf is saved, the carrying cost is effectively controlled, the caisson lifting appliance comprises a lifting beam, a first lifting lug is arranged at the upper side of the lifting beam, a plurality of second lifting lugs are arranged at the lower side of the lifting beam, and a supporting beam is arranged below each second lifting lug. The two ends of each supporting beam are connected with the corresponding second lifting lugs through steel cables, lifting cables connected with the caisson are arranged at the lower sides of the supporting beams, and the supporting beams play a role in bearing pressure stress in the lifting process, so that an overall mechanism of the lifting appliance is simplified, the overall weight of the lifting appliance is obviously reduced, the lifting cost is saved, and the method is applied to the field of caisson lifting.

    本发明公开了一种大型沉箱的出运上驳方法及沉箱吊具,大型沉箱的出运上驳方法包括以下步骤:码头上设置起重机和沉箱吊具;将沉箱通过气囊运送到沉箱吊具下方;将沉箱吊具与沉箱连接;起重机通过沉箱吊具将沉箱吊运送到半潜驳,这样省去了在半潜驳和码头之间搭建出运码头的所花费的经费,有效控制了搬运成本,沉箱吊具包括抬梁,抬梁上侧设有第一吊耳,抬梁下侧设有多个第二吊耳,各第二吊耳下方均设有撑梁,每个撑梁两端通过钢缆与对应的第二吊耳连接,撑梁下侧设有连接沉箱的吊缆,在吊运过程中撑梁起到承受压应力的作用,这样简化了吊具的整体机构,明显减轻了吊具整体的重量,节省吊运成本,本发明用于沉箱吊运领域。
