The invention relates to a door machine detection method and system and an elevator control module, the door machine detection method is applied to the elevator control module, the elevator control module is connected with a circuit sampling circuit and an encoder of a door machine module, the door machine module further comprises a landing door, a car door, a door machine motor and a door machine driver, and the door machine driver comprises a current sampling circuit. The current sampling circuit is used for acquiring current data of the door motor module, and the encoder is used for acquiring pulse data of the door motor module; the portal crane detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring current data and pulse data; processing the pulse data to obtain speed data; processing the current data to obtain torque data; obtaining a speed detection result of the door motor module according to the speed data and the speed reference data; obtaining a torque detection result of the door motor module according to the torque data and the torque reference data; and obtaining a state detection result of the portal crane module according to the speed detection result and the torque detection result. The elevator door motor detection efficiency can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种门机检测方法、系统及电梯控制模块,门机检测方法应用于电梯控制模块,电梯控制模块与门机模块的电路采样电路和编码器连接,门机模块还包括厅门、轿门、门机马达、门机驱动器,门机驱动器中包括电流采样电路,电流采样电路用于获取门机模块的电流数据,编码器用于获取门机模块的脉冲数据;门机检测方法包括:获取电流数据和脉冲数据;处理脉冲数据以得到速度数据;处理电流数据以得到力矩数据;根据速度数据和速度参考数据得到门机模块的速度检测结果;根据力矩数据和力矩参考数据得到门机模块的力矩检测结果;根据速度检测结果和力矩检测结果得到门机模块的状态检测结果。本发明能够提高对电梯门机检测的效率。
