The invention relates to a method for improving the lightweight and vibration reduction performance of an engine mount, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a bottom supporting seat and/or an upper mounting seat of the engine mount by adopting a high-strength polymer composite material, and adjusting the overall structure of the engine mount; the middle vulcanized body of the engine mount is mounted between the high-strength polymer composite material bottom supporting seat and/or the upper mounting seat, so that the lightweight engine mount with an elastic rubber and high-strength polymer composite material combined structure is formed; the weight of the engine suspension is reduced through the lightweight engine suspension compounded by the high-strength polymer composite material and the elastic rubber, and the vibration reduction performance of the whole engine suspension is improved. The weight of the engine suspension is effectively reduced by changing the materials of the bottom supporting seat and/or the upper mounting seat of the engine suspension and the overall structural form of the engine suspension, and the overall vibration reduction performance of the composite engine suspension is effectively changed through reasonable structural design.

    一种发动机悬置轻量化及减振性能改善方法,采用高强度高分子复合材料制作发动机悬置的底部支撑座和/或上安装座,并调整发动机悬置的整体结构,使得发动机悬置的中间硫化体安装在高强度高分子复合材料底部支撑座和/或上安装座之间,形成一种弹性橡胶与高强度高分子复合材料组合结构的轻量化发动机悬置;通过高强度高分子复合材料与弹性橡胶复合的轻量化发动机悬置降低发动机悬置的重量,并改善整个发动机悬置的减振性能。本发明通过改变发动机悬置的底部支撑座和/或上安装座的材料及其整体的结构形式,有效降低了发动机悬置的重量,并且通过合理的结构设计有效改变了复合发动机悬置的整体减振性能。
