The embodiment of the invention provides an accelerator pedal mistaken touch control method and device.The method comprises the steps that under the condition that an accelerator pedal mistaken touch recognition mode of a vehicle is switched from a non-activated state to an activated state, collected vehicle condition data are recognized, and the vehicle condition data comprise accelerator pedal signal data and vehicle speed data; and controlling a driving torque value output by the vehicle to be smaller than a driving torque value corresponding to the accelerator pedal signal data under the condition that the vehicle condition data is identified to meet a preset condition. Accelerator pedal signal data in vehicle condition data are recognized to analyze the driving intention of a driver, then vehicle speed data in the vehicle condition data are combined to judge whether the current accelerator pedal signal data are data triggered by the misoperation behavior of the driver, and if the vehicle condition data meet preset conditions, the driver is started. If yes, the driving torque value output by the vehicle is controlled to be smaller than the driving torque value corresponding to the accelerator pedal signal data, so that safety accidents caused by misoperation of the accelerator pedal by the driver are reduced.

    本发明实施例提供一种加速踏板误触控制方法及装置,所述方法包括:在车辆的加速踏板误触识别模式由非激活状态切换至激活状态的情况下,对采集到的车况数据进行识别,所述车况数据包括加速踏板信号数据和车速数据;在识别到所述车况数据满足预设条件的情况下,控制所述车辆输出的驱动扭矩值小于所述加速踏板信号数据对应的驱动扭矩值。通过识别车况数据中的加速踏板信号数据,以解析驾驶员驾驶意图,然后结合车况数据中的车速数据,判断当前加速踏板信号数据是否为驾驶员的误操作行为触发的数据,若车况数据满足预设条件,则控制车辆输出的驱动扭矩值小于加速踏板信号数据对应的驱动扭矩值,从而减少了驾驶员误操作加速踏板导致的安全事故。
