The invention relates to an accelerator pedal misapplication recognition method and device and a vehicle, and the recognition method comprises the steps: inputting a collected accelerator pedal opening signal into an accelerator pedal misapplication recognition model for misapplication recognition based on the accelerator pedal opening signal in collected vehicle state information; the judgment condition of the model comprises whether the change rate of the acquired accelerator pedal opening signal is greater than a slope threshold value or not; and periodically updating and iterating the slope threshold of the model, periodically acquiring all stored actual accelerator pedal mistaken stepping curves in a certain time period during updating and iterating, calculating the slope of each curve, sorting all the slopes, determining the median of all the slopes, and taking the median as a new slope threshold, thereby finishing model updating. According to the identification method disclosed by the invention, the problem that the accuracy of judging the behavior of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is not high due to a fixed threshold value in a mistaken stepping identification method in the prior art can be solved.

    本发明涉及一种误踩加速踏板识别方法、装置及车辆,该识别方法包括基于采集的车辆状态信息中的加速踏板开度信号,将采集的加速踏板开度信号输入误踩加速踏板识别模型中进行误踩识别;模型的判断条件包括:采集的加速踏板开度信号的变化率是否大于斜率阈值;模型的斜率阈值定期更新迭代,在更新迭代时定期获取存储的一定时间段的所有的实际误踩加速踏板曲线,并计算各曲线的斜率,把所有的斜率进行排序,确定所有斜率的中位数,以该中位数作为新的斜率阈值,从而完成模型更新。根据本发明的识别方法能够解决现有技术的误踩识别方法中阈值固定,从而导致误踩加速踏板行为判断的准确性不高的问题。
