The invention discloses an AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) wireless charging device with a new coil structure, which comprises a transmitting coil at a power supply end, a receiving coil at a power receiving end and an arc-shaped magnetic core for shielding a magnetic field, the transmitting coil surrounds the receiving coil inside, and the arc-shaped magnetic core is arranged outside the transmitting coil and inside the receiving coil. The transmitting coil is formed by connecting a plurality of transmitting arc-shaped coils in series along the circumference, and the receiving coil is formed by connecting a plurality of receiving arc-shaped coils in series or in parallel along the circumference; the structural characteristics of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil enable the inductance matrix parameter between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil to be a constant, the device is suitable for the AUV wireless charging device, the problem that the coupling coefficient of the traditional AUV wireless charging device changes along with the heeling angle of the AUV is solved, the coupling is good, and the reliability is high. The arc-shaped magnetic core shields the leakage magnetic field radiation generated by the transmitting coil or the receiving coil, the leakage magnetic field is very small, the electromagnetic radiation interference to the AUV is small, and the transmission efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种新线圈结构的AUV无线充电装置,包括供电端的发射线圈和受电端的接收线圈,以及用于磁场屏蔽的弧形磁芯,发射线圈将接收线圈环绕在内,弧形磁芯布置在发射线圈外部与接收线圈内部,发射线圈为若干个发射弧形线圈沿圆周排列串联组成,接收线圈为若干个接收弧形线圈沿圆周排列串联或者并联组成;该发射线圈和接收线圈的结构特征使发射线圈和接收线圈之间的电感矩阵参数为常数,适用于AUV无线充电装置,解决了传统AUV无线充电装置的耦合系数随AUV横倾角度变化的问题,耦合良好,弧形磁芯屏蔽发射线圈或者接收线圈产生的漏磁场辐射,漏磁场非常小,对AUV的电磁辐射干扰小,传输效率高。
