The invention discloses an underwater channel obstacle removing device which comprises an arc-shaped rail, a box body, a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder, a supporting plate and a magnetic attraction mechanism, and the arc-shaped rail is fixed to the side face of a port; the bottom of the box is open; the box body is embedded and mounted on the arc-shaped track through the sliding block; the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder is installed in the center of the interior of the box body and distributed in the vertical direction. The supporting plate is installed at the extending end of a telescopic rod of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder. The magnetic attraction mechanism is fixed to the supporting plate. The box body can move along the arc-shaped track so as to drive the magnetic attraction mechanism to move in the horizontal direction, multi-stage stretching and retracting of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder can drive the magnetic attraction mechanism on the supporting plate to go deep into different height positions underwater, and the magnetic attraction mechanism can attract obstacles at multiple horizontal plane positions and different depth positions; and finally, through the contraction of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder, the magnetic attraction mechanism carries all the obstacles into the box body, so that efficient and comprehensive cleaning of the obstacles in the port and the navigation channel is realized.
本发明公开了一种水下航道清障装置,包括弧形轨道、箱体、多级液压缸、支撑板和磁吸机构,弧形轨道固定在港口侧面;箱体底部开放;箱体通过滑块嵌合安装在弧形轨道上;多级液压缸安装在箱体内部中央且沿竖直方向分布;支撑板安装在多级液压缸的伸缩杆延伸端部;磁吸机构固定在支撑板上。本发明箱体能够沿着弧形轨道运动,从而带动磁吸机构沿水平方向移动,多级液压缸的多级伸缩能够带动支撑板上的磁吸机构深入到水下不同高度位置,磁吸机构能够将多个水平面位置及不同深度位置的障碍物进行吸附,最后经多级液压缸收缩,磁吸机构带着全部障碍物进入箱体内部,实现了对港口航道障碍物进行高效、全面的清理。
