The invention discloses a rotary drilling rig and a control method. The rotary drilling rig comprises a vehicle body, a mast, a power head, a winch, a steel wire rope, a drill rod assembly and a controller. The bottom of the mast is installed on one side of the vehicle body. The mast is perpendicular to the ground or forms a certain angle with the ground. The winch is mounted on the vehicle body; a pulley is arranged at the top of the mast; the power head is installed on the mast in a sliding mode, and a through hole is formed in the power head. One end of the steel wire rope is mounted on the winch, and the other end bypasses the pulley and is connected with the top of the drill rod assembly; the drill rod assembly penetrates through the through hole of the power head; a position detection device is mounted on the mast, and a position sensing device is mounted on the power head; a height detection device is mounted on the winch; and the position detection device and the height detection device are respectively connected with the controller. In the automatic rod lifting or falling process, automatic deceleration buffering can be implemented at the correct moment, the working intensity of a driver is relieved, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the safety of the equipment is improved.
本发明公开一种旋挖钻机及控制方法,旋挖钻机包括车体、桅杆、动力头、卷扬、钢丝绳、钻杆组件、控制器;桅杆的底部安装在车体的一侧,桅杆垂直于地面或与地面呈一定角度;卷扬安装在车体上;桅杆的顶部设有滑轮;动力头可滑动的安装在桅杆上,动力头上开设有通孔;钢丝绳一端安装在卷扬上,钢丝绳的另一端绕过滑轮并连接钻杆组件的顶部;钻杆组件穿过动力头的通孔;桅杆上安装有位置探测装置,动力头上安装有位置感应装置;卷扬上安装有高度检测装置;位置探测装置和高度检测装置分别与控制器连接。本发明在自动提杆或自动落杆过程中可以在正确的时刻实施自动减速缓冲,减轻驾驶员的工作强度,延长设备寿命,提升设备安全性。
