    本发明涉及自动化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于机器视觉的地面舱段自动对接装置及方法。本发明提供一种能够在舱段对接角度不同时,进行自动旋转调整的基于机器视觉的地面舱段自动对接装置。一种基于机器视觉的地面舱段自动对接装置,包括有安装座、第一滑动座和第二滑动座等,安装座左部上侧滑动式连接有左右滑动的第一滑动座,第一滑动座顶部滑动式连接有前后滑动的第二滑动座。本发明通过气缸控制压块对地面舱段进行压紧固定,避免调整过程中地面舱段出现偏移,之后由第三电机输出轴带动齿轮转动,使得带齿转动件带动左侧的地面舱段进行自动转动调整,让两个地面舱段能够保证同一角度对接,避免对接过程中出现异常,导致对接失败。
