The cabin section digital docking system comprises a basic platform; the multiple sets of posture adjusting mechanisms are distributed in the length direction of the foundation platform, each posture adjusting mechanism comprises a tray and four sets of numerical control positioners, the trays are used for fixing and supporting cabin sections, and the four sets of numerical control positioners are located between the trays and the foundation platform and used for adjusting six degrees of freedom of the trays; the multi-view photogrammetry device is used for shooting mark points pasted on the cabin section, and the multi-view photogrammetry device is installed in the length direction of the basic platform in a sliding mode through a supporting frame. The method has the beneficial effects that the cabin section butt joint precision and butt joint efficiency of flight equipment products in the final assembly link can be effectively improved, the production efficiency and production quality of the products are improved, more complex product manufacturing requirements are met, and it is ensured that cabin section related equipment can be developed towards the small-batch, multi-variety and high-technical-index direction.

    本发明公开了一种舱段数字化对接系统及基于该系统的舱段对接方法,包括:基础平台;若干组调姿机构,各组所述调姿机构沿基础平台的长度方向分布,所述调姿机构包括托盘和四组数控定位器,其中,所述托盘用于固定支撑舱段,四组所述数控定位器位于托盘与基础平台之间,用于调整托盘的6个自由度;以及多目摄影测量装置,其用于拍摄舱段上黏贴的标志点,所述多目摄影测量装置通过支撑架滑动安装在基础平台的长度方向上。有益效果是:能够有效提升飞行设备类产品在总装环节的舱段对接精度与对接效率,提高该类产品的生产效率与生产质量,满足更加复杂的产品制造需求,确保舱段类相关设备能够朝着小批量、多品种、高技术指标的方向发展。
