According to the invention, plugging and inflatable floating of the large damaged ship are realized, floating salvage of the damaged ship is completed without support of a large floating crane engineering ship, the efficiency is high, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种水下封舱充气起浮的打捞方法,潜水员探摸并测量事故船舶受损位置、根据探摸和测量数据预制封舱钢板尺寸、舱外封舱钢板安装固定、封舱钢板边缘密封措施、对受损舱进行充气降水位、船体恢复浮力姿态平稳。所述充气孔口及排水口设置在受损舱室底部,充气管向修复后的舱室底部充入压缩空气,挤压出舱内漏进的海水,直至船体恢复浮力,平稳起浮。本发明实现大型受损船舶的封堵和充气起浮,在不需要大型浮吊工程船支持的前提下完成受损船舶起浮打捞,效率高,成本低。
