The sampling mechanism can move to a target object along with the walking of the vehicle body and the lifting or lowering in the third direction, and carries out collection; in conclusion, after the position identification mechanism positions the target object, through linkage of the walking mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the sampling mechanism, collection of the target object can be effectively completed.
