The invention relates to the technical field of battery grouping, in particular to a grouping method of power batteries for an electric road vehicle, which comprises the following steps: S1, according to battery discharge time and termination voltage grouping records as letter time gears, the batteries with the same letter time gears are grouped together for use: according to the battery discharge time, two minutes are one gear, and two minutes are one gear; the method comprises the following steps: dividing a battery discharge termination voltage into 10 gears which are sequentially marked as 0, 1, 2,..., according to the battery discharge termination voltage, dividing the termination voltage into 10 gears, namely A-J, according to the battery discharge termination voltage, and according to the battery discharge time and the corresponding termination voltage, representing the battery capacity by A1, B1, B2, C2,..., according to the battery discharge time and the corresponding termination voltage. The battery capacity matching method is suitable for batteries needing capacity matching, the letter time gears are recorded according to battery discharge time and final voltage matching, then different letter time gears are converted into pure digital gears according to a gear conversion table, and the batteries with the same digital gears represent that the battery capacities are similar or the same and can be used in a matching manner; the number of battery gears is greatly reduced, and the battery matching rate is improved.

    本发明涉及电池配组技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动道路车辆用动力电池的配组方法,包括S1、根据电池放电时间和终止电压配组记录为字母时间档位,相同字母时间档位的电池在一起配组使用:根据电池放电时间,两分钟为一个档位,依次记为0、1、2、……档位,根据电池放电终止电压将终止电压分为10个档位,依次为A‑J档,根据电池放电时间和所对应的终止电压,电池容量用A1、B1、B2、C2……档位表示。适用于需要容量配组的电池,先根据电池放电时间和终止电压配组记录为字母时间档位,再根据档位换算表把不同的字母时间档位转换为纯数字档,相同数字档位的电池就代表着电池容量相近或相同,可以配组使用;大大减少电池档位数量,提升电池配组率。
