The invention discloses a lifting device and a laying method for a cross-channel steel-concrete combined beam bridge deck slab, and relates to the technical field of bridge installation engineering.The lifting device comprises a support assembly, the support assembly comprises a horizontally-arranged lifting platform and a plurality of vertically-arranged steel pipe piles, and the four or more steel pipe piles are provided with lifting vertical rails in a one-to-one attached mode in the length direction; all the lifting vertical rails are arranged in a flush mode, and the lifting platform is arranged among all the lifting vertical rails in a surrounding mode; the driving device is installed on the support assembly and used for driving the lifting platform to ascend or descend along the lifting vertical rails; the flat turning channel is horizontally lapped on the top surfaces of the bracket assembly and the steel-concrete composite beam; and when the lifting platform for transporting the bridge deck is lifted to the top end of the lifting vertical rail, the lifting platform is flush with the horizontal rotation channel. According to the lifting device and the laying method, the influence of overwater hoisting of the bridge deck slab on a navigation channel is avoided, the hoisting efficiency of the bridge deck slab is improved, and even the integral bridge deck slab in the transverse bridge direction can be normally hoisted.

    本申请公开了一种跨航道钢混结合梁桥面板的提升装置及铺设方法,涉及桥梁安装工程技术领域,包括:支架组件,其包含水平设置的提升平台和若干竖直设置的钢管桩,其中四根以上钢管桩沿长度方向一一紧贴设置提升竖轨,所有提升竖轨平齐设置,所述提升平台被围合设置在所有提升竖轨之间;安装于支架组件的驱动装置,其用于驱动提升平台沿提升竖轨上升或下降;平转通道,其水平搭接于支架组件和钢混结合梁顶面;当运输桥面板的提升平台上升至提升竖轨顶端时,所述提升平台平齐于平转通道。本申请的提升装置及铺设方法,避免了桥面板水上吊装对航道的影响,提高桥面板的吊装效率,且即便是横桥向整体式的桥面板也能正常吊装。
