The invention relates to a method for transporting an upper bridge deck slab in a double-layer reinforced concrete composite beam. The method comprises the following steps: 1, transporting and installing the bridge deck slab in a first hole by using a lifting station, paving a track on the bridge deck slab in the first hole, installing a slab conveying trolley on the track, installing a bridge girder erection machine in a second hole, and enabling the tail end of the bridge girder erection machine to be positioned above the first hole; 2, transporting the bridge deck slab to the slab conveyingtrolley through the lifting station, enabling the bridge girder erection machine to transport the bridge deck slab on the slab conveying trolley to a position above the installation station in the second hole, and then enabling the bridge deck slab to fall in place after an included angle between the bridge deck slab and the bridge direction is 90 DEG; 3, repeating step 2 in the second hole; 4, enabling the bridge girder erection machine to cross the second hole to enter a next hole, extending a track, and repeating the step 2; 5, repeating the actions of moving the bridge girder erection machine and extending the track in step 4, and repeating the step 2; and 6, dismantling the bridge girder erection machine. The lifting station and the bridge girder erection machine are matched to work,so that the working efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种双层钢混组合梁中上桥面板的运输方法,包括以下步骤:先利用提升站将桥面板运输安装在首孔中,并在首孔中的桥面板上铺设轨道,在轨道上安装运板小车,在第二孔中安装架桥机,架桥机的尾端位于首孔上方;通过提升站将桥面板运输到运板小车上,架桥机将运板小车上的桥面板运送到第二孔中的安装工位上方,然后使桥面板与桥梁方向之间呈90°后再将桥面板下落就位;在第二孔中重复第二步骤;将架桥机越过第二孔进入到下一孔中,并将延伸轨道,再重复第二步骤;重复第四步骤中的移动架桥机及延伸轨道的动作,再重复第二步骤;最后拆除架桥机。本发明通过利用一个提升站及一架架桥机配合工作,提高了工作效率。
