The invention provides a control mechanism capable of sensing the load state of a crane and a control method. The control mechanism comprises a master controller, a hoisting motor, a first controller and two first motors, the two first motors are both electrically connected with the first controller, and a current detection sensor is installed on the lifting motor and electrically connected with the first controller. Shell bodies are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the two sides of a control handle of the master controller, and threaded rods which are perpendicular to the control handle and driven by a first motor are rotationally installed on the two shell bodies. The two threaded rods are rotationally connected, the connecting position of the two threaded rods penetrates through the control handle, each threaded rod is provided with a baffle matched with the threaded rod, and springs are arranged between the baffles on the threaded rods and the control handle in a sleeved mode. The load state of the hoisting motor of the crane is converted into the external force of the control handle on the master controller, so that an operator can sense the current operation load of the crane through the control handle, the working intensity is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种感知起重机负荷状态的操纵机构及控制方法,包括主令控制器、起吊电机、第一控制器和两个第一电机;两个第一电机均与第一控制器电连接,起吊电机上安装有电流检测传感器,电流检测传感器与第一控制器电连接;主令控制器上在其操纵手柄的两侧对称固定安装有壳体,两个壳体上均转动安装有垂直于操纵手柄的由第一电机驱动的螺纹杆;两个螺纹杆之间转动连接,两个螺纹杆的连接处贯穿操纵手柄,每个螺纹杆上均安装有与其配合的挡板,螺纹杆上挡板与操纵手柄之间套装有弹簧。将起重机起吊电机的负荷状态转化为主令控制器上的操纵手柄的外力,让操作人员通过操纵手柄即可感知当前起重机的运行负荷,极大降低工作强度,提高工作效率。
