Data connection is established between the investigation unmanned aerial vehicle and the relay unmanned aerial vehicle, investigation data of the investigation unmanned aerial vehicle is transmitted to the relay unmanned aerial vehicle, and the relay unmanned aerial vehicle transmits the data of the investigation unmanned aerial vehicle to the ground.
