The invention discloses a hydraulic pilot system and a crane, the system comprises a main coil, an amplitude variation unit, an auxiliary coil, a telescopic unit and a rotary unit, two ends of the main coil, the amplitude variation unit and the rotary unit are respectively connected with a shuttle valve, and two oil inlets on each shuttle valve are respectively connected with an electric proportional pressure reducing valve and an operating handle; the auxiliary coil and the telescopic unit are connected in the same oil way, the two ends of the auxiliary coil unit are connected with one oil outlet of the fourth reversing valve and one oil outlet of the fifth reversing valve respectively, and the two ends of the telescopic unit are connected with the other oil outlet of the fourth reversing valve and the other oil outlet of the fifth reversing valve respectively. Oil inlets of the fourth reversing valve and the fifth reversing valve are respectively connected with oil outlets of a fifth shuttle valve and a sixth shuttle valve; two oil inlets of the fifth shuttle valve and the sixth shuttle valve are respectively connected with an electric proportional pressure reducing valve and an operating handle; the crane comprises the hydraulic pilot system. The invention provides the hydraulic pilot system and the crane which are few in pipeline number, simple in system structure and suitable for a hydraulic handle or remote control operation.

    本发明公开了一种液压先导系统及起重机,该系统包括主卷、变幅、副卷、伸缩、回转单元,主卷、变幅、回转单元两端均连接一个梭阀,各梭阀上两个进油口分别连接一个电比例减压阀和操作手柄;副卷、伸缩单元连接在同一油路中,副卷单元两端分别与第四换向阀、第五换向阀的其中一个出油口相连,伸缩单元两端分别与第四换向阀、第五换向阀的另一个出油口相连,第四换向阀、第五换向阀进油口分别与第五梭阀、第六梭阀的出油口相连,第五梭阀、第六梭阀的两个进油口均连接一个电比例减压阀和操作手柄;该起重机包含以上所述的液压先导系统。本发明提供了一种管路数量少、系统结构简单、适用于液压手柄或遥控操作的液压先导系统及起重机。
