The invention discloses a method for integrally transferring a semicircular girder and an upper cross beam after assembly, and relates to the technical field of rail-mounted gantry crane assembly. Transferring comprises the following steps that the semicircular girders are spliced with the gusset plates of the upper cross beams through the connecting plates; jacking shelving jig frames are arranged at the bottoms of the semicircular girders; transferring tools are arranged at the bottoms of the semicircular girders; the top of the transfer tool and the bottom of the semicircular girder are cushioned through a cushion block; the space between the connecting plate of the semicircular girder and the gusset plate of the upper cross beam is cushioned by a cushion block; the semicircular girder and the upper cross beam are temporarily supported through channel steel; and transferring is conducted through a flat car. The transfer tool has the advantages that the transfer tool is installed at the bottom of the semicircular girder before transfer, the stability of the overall structure during overall transfer is guaranteed, shaking is not prone to being generated in the transfer process, and the transfer efficiency is improved; and gaps between the semicircular girders and the upper cross beams are eliminated, temporary supporting is conducted, the firmness between the semicircular girders and the upper cross beams is guaranteed, and the rail-mounted gantry crane assembling quality is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种半圆形大梁与上横梁拼装后整体转运方法,它涉及轨道吊拼装技术领域。转运包括以下步骤:半圆形大梁通过连接板与上横梁的节点板拼装;半圆形大梁底部布置顶升搁置胎架;半圆形大梁底部布置转运工装;转运工装顶部与半圆形大梁底部间通过垫块垫实;在半圆形大梁的连接板与上横梁的节点板之间用垫块垫实;半圆形大梁与上横梁间通过槽钢临时支撑;通过平板车进行转运。本发明的优点在于:转运前先在半圆形大梁的底部安装转运工装,保证整体转运时整体结构的稳定性,转运过程不易产生晃动,提高转运效率;消除半圆形大梁与上横梁之间的间隙且进行临时支撑,确保半圆形大梁与上横梁之间的牢固度,轨道吊拼装质量得到保障。
