The position of the induction sliding block can be adjusted according to the position of the swing arm when the steel wire rope is tensioned, and the situation that an inductor cannot detect swing of the crank arm can be prevented.

    本发明公开了一种插拔钎网笼吊具用钢丝绳防松检测装置,包括底板、拐臂固定座、旋转轴、拐臂、感应压板和感应部。本发明的有益效果是:通过钢丝接触部压设在钢丝上,钢丝接触部带动拐臂摆动,通过拐臂的对钢丝绳的张紧度进行检测,当钢丝绳不受吊笼的重力时钢丝绳受力状态由涨紧变为松弛,通过检测钢丝绳的张紧度来判断吊笼是否落地,通过检测钢丝绳的涨紧度可以控制钢丝绳的收放通过感应滑架与感应滑块进行配合,感应滑块可以在感应滑架上移动,由于钢丝绳对于拐臂推动位置的不同会造成拐臂上的感应压板位置发生变化,在进行该装置的安装时,根据钢丝绳涨紧时摆臂的位置可以调整感应滑块的位置,可以防止感应器无法检测拐臂的摆动。
