The effect of further improving the safety coupling rate can be achieved, and the skylight can be killed; moreover, during marshalling shunting operation at the tail part of a shunting yard, backward operation modes of adopting iron shoes, hand brakes and the like for speed regulation and braking of vehicles are abandoned, so that the labor intensity of shunting personnel is reduced, and the operation environment is improved; automatic speed regulation of tail vehicle humping operation of a marshalling yard is achieved, iron shoe brake protectors are completely omitted, and intelligent development of the marshalling yard is further promoted.
本发明公开了一种编组站调车场溜放车辆连挂机器人调速系统,使用减速器和连挂机器人的全场连续目的调速模式,可以避免超速车组发生冲撞的事故,显著提高解体调车作业的安全性,并且,可以取得进一步提高安全连挂率的效果并消灭天窗;而且,在调车场尾部编组调车作业时,摒弃车辆调速和制动采用铁鞋、手闸等落后的作业方式,减轻调车人员的劳动强度,改善作业环境;实现调车场尾部车辆溜放作业的自动调速,完全取消铁鞋制动防护员,进一步推动编组站智能化发展。
