A traffic flow statistics module and a road time occupancy calculation module are included. The traffic flow statistics module records the id of the tracked vehicle and the coordinate value of the detection frame, and when the coordinate value change of the detection frame of the vehicle with the same id is greater than a threshold value, 1 is added to the traffic flow; n virtual coils with dynamically changed positions are arranged in the road time occupancy calculation module, the number of times that each virtual coil is occupied by a vehicle in each frame of image is recorded, and the road time occupancy is calculated. And the traffic jam state is evaluated through the traffic flow and the road time occupancy rate in the specified time period. The method solves the problems that an existing method needs a large amount of manpower and material resources, equipment is prone to aging and damage, implementation is complex and the like, accuracy, real-time performance and economical efficiency are considered, and the method has important significance in achieving traffic jam state judgment and traffic dispatching management.
一种基于无人机航拍视频的实时交通拥堵状态评估方法,分为车流量统计模块和道路时间占有率计算模块。车流量统计模块中记录被跟踪车辆id和检测框坐标值,当同一id车辆检测框坐标值变化大于阈值时将车流量加1;道路时间占有率计算模块中设置N个位置动态变化的虚拟线圈,记录每帧图像每个虚拟线圈被车辆占有的次数,计算道路时间占有率。通过规定时间段内的车流量和道路时间占有率评估交通拥堵状态。本发明解决了已有方法需要大量人力物力、设备易老化损坏、实施较为复杂等问题,兼顾准确性、实时性和经济性,对于实现交通拥堵状态判别,交通的调度管理有着重要的意义。
