The control method comprises the following operation steps: S10) a battery sends an optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax11 of the current battery to a controller in real time; s20), the controller calculates an optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax22 of the current motor; s30) according to the optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax11 of the current battery and the optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax22 of the current motor, the controller takes the smaller value between the optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax11 and the optimal allowable discharge current target value CurrentMax22 as the optimal discharge current target value CurrentMax33 of the current system; s40) realizing optimal discharge of the motor controller integrated driving system for prolonging the service life of the motor and the service life of the battery at the same time; the service life of the motor controller integrated driving system is effectively prolonged, and large-scale popularization and application of the motor controller integrated driving system are further facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种提高电机控制器集成驱动系统使用寿命的控制方法,采用操作步骤:S10)、电池实时向控制器发送当前电池的最优允许放电电流目标值CurrentMax11;S20)、控制器计算出当前电机的最优允许放电电流目标值CurrentMax22;S30)、控制器根据当前电池的最优允许放电电流目标值CurrentMax11和当前电机的最优允许放电电流目标值CurrentMax22,取两者之间的更小值作为当前系统的最优放电电流目标值CurrentMax33;S40)、实现电机控制器集成驱动系统的最优放电,用于同时提升电机和电池的使用寿命;本发明有力提升了电机控制器集成驱动系统的使用寿命,进一步利于对电机控制器集成驱动系统的大规模推广应用。
