The anti-drag microstructure with a certain curvature and depth is machined on the surface of the metal material, the appearance and the size of the anti-drag microstructure are closer to the placoid scale structure of a shark, preparation of the bionic placoid scale structure on the surface of the metal material is achieved, and the bionic placoid scale anti-drag structure not only achieves groove anti-drag between placoid scale structures, but also achieves anti-drag effect on the surface of the metal material. And moreover, attack angle resistance reduction of a placoid scale structure is simulated, so that the surface resistance reduction performance can be further improved.

    一种仿生鲨鱼盾鳞的减阻结构及制备方法,该方法搭建飞秒激光加工光路,利用空间光调制器对飞秒激光光束进行整形,可以实现金属材料表面倾斜弯曲微结构大面积加工,获得带有一定曲率和深度的微结构。在金属材料表面加工带有一定曲率和深度的减阻微结构,从外形和尺寸上更加逼近鲨鱼的盾鳞结构,实现了金属材料表面仿生盾鳞结构的制备,该仿生盾鳞减阻结构不但实现了盾鳞结构之间的沟槽减阻,而且还仿真了盾鳞结构的攻角减阻,可以进一步提高表面减阻性能。
