The invention discloses a bionic anti-pollution and anti-drag surface structure, an anechoic tile and a manufacturing method of the anechoic tile. The bionic anti-pollution and anti-drag surface structure comprises a base plate and multiple sets of rib units located above the base plate, each rib unit comprises a central main rib and side ribs located on the two sides of the central main rib and arranged at intervals with the central main rib, and the length of the central main rib is larger than that of the side ribs on the two sides of the central main rib; and the substrate and the rib units are integrally formed by pouring after a PDMS material is mixed with a ZIFs solution. According to the bionic anti-pollution and anti-drag surface structure, the navigation resistance of underwater equipment can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile the good hydrophobic and anti-pollution performance is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种仿生抗污减阻表面结构、消声瓦及其制造方法。本仿生抗污减阻表面结构包括基板以及位于基板上方的多组肋骨单元,所述肋骨单元包括中央主肋以及位于中央主肋两侧且与其间隔设置的侧肋,中央主肋的长度均大于其两侧侧肋的长度,基板和肋骨单元采用PDMS材料混合ZIFs溶液后一体浇筑成型。本发明提出的仿生抗污减阻表面结构,可有效地降低水下装备航行阻力的同时,兼具良好的疏水抗污性能。
