An open groove is formed in the middle of the front portion of the crawling robot platform, a motor with a worm and gear speed reduction structure is arranged on the motor support, an output shaft of the motor with the worm and gear speed reduction structure penetrates through the motor support to be fixedly connected with a driving chain wheel, and the driving chain wheel is connected with the driven chain wheel through a chain. The universal robot is safe, reliable, large in load and high in flexibility.
