The invention discloses a tire image acquisition device and a damage detection method based on machine vision, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the damaged images of the sidewall and tread of a tire through the tire image acquisition device, carrying out the classification and manual marking of the collected damaged images, obtaining a training set, and expanding the training set through random cutting, translation, rotation and noise addition; a YOLOX tire damage detection reference model is constructed; inputting the training set into a YOLOX tire damage detection reference model for training until the dichotomy cross entropy loss function converges, and completing the training of the YOLOX tire damage detection reference model; and acquiring a tire sidewall image and a tire tread image through a tire image acquisition device, inputting the tire sidewall image and the tire tread image into the trained YOLOX tire damage detection reference model, and identifying the damage condition of the tire. According to the tire damage detection method, the damage identification precision is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的轮胎图像获取装置及受损检测方法,通过轮胎图像获取装置收集轮胎胎侧和胎面的受损图像,并对收集到的受损图像进行分类和人工标注,得到训练集,通过随机剪裁、平移、旋转和添加噪声来扩充训练集;构建YOLOX轮胎受损检测基准模型;将训练集输入到YOLOX轮胎受损检测基准模型中进行训练,直至二分类交叉熵损失函数收敛,完成对YOLOX轮胎受损检测基准模型的训练;再次通过轮胎图像获取装置采集轮胎胎侧和胎面图像,输入到训练好的YOLOX轮胎受损检测基准模型中,识别出轮胎的受损情况。本发明轮胎受损检测方法大大提高了损伤识别精度。
