To provide a tire damage detection device 2 capable of detecting tire damage before bursting.SOLUTION: A detection device 2 disclosed herein comprises a running unit 4 provided with a road surface 16 to allow a tire T to run on the road surface 16, a measurement unit 6 for measuring noise generated by the running of the tire T on the road surface 16, a computation unit 34 configured to compute transition data representing transition of the noise every time noise measurement data is received, and a determination unit 36 for determining the condition of the tire on the basis of the transition data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
