The invention relates to a leak detection method for a large-scale circuit breaker, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, assembling a pole, a base and an operating mechanism part which form the large-scale circuit breaker on a tray, and then conveying the whole tray to a special bagging system to wait for bagging; a special bagging system is used for bagging the pole columns; the large-scale circuit breaker is in line connection with the tray, and the tray is in line connection with the running-in equipment; the running-in equipment starts to work, and whether SF6 gas leakage occurs or not in the working process of the large-scale circuit breaker is tested; sF6 in the gas in the PE sealing bag is detected so as to judge whether leakage occurs or not. According to the leak detection method, leak detection is carried out on the large-scale circuit breaker through cooperation of the special bagging system, automatic bagging of the large-scale circuit breaker is achieved, the pole does not need to be manually bagged from top to bottom, manual labor is greatly reduced, manual climbing is not needed, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种大型断路器检漏方法,首先,将构成大型断路器的极柱、底座、操作机构零部件在托盘上进行组装,然后将整个托盘输送至专用的套袋系统处等待套袋;通过专用的套袋系统完成对极柱的套袋;将大型断路器与托盘进行线连接,将托盘与磨合设备进行线连接;磨合设备开始工作,对大型断路器工作过程中是否出现SF6气体泄漏进行试验;对PE密封袋内的气体中的SF6进行检测,以判断是否出现泄露。本发明中检漏方法,通过专用的套袋系统的配合来对大型断路器进行检漏,实现了对大型断路器的自动套袋,无需再由人工手动自上而下来对极柱进行套袋,大大减少了人工劳动,也无需人工进行登高,避免了安全事故的发生。
