The invention relates to a hoisting method of a large-scale circuit breaker, which comprises the following steps: preparing a tool required for hoisting a circuit breaker pole, the tool comprises a crane and a special turnover device, and the special turnover device comprises a turnover rack, a turnover platform, a support seat and a clamping assembly; hoisting the whole large-scale circuit breaker to a special turnover device by using a crane; the lower flange seat of the large-scale circuit breaker is supported on the supporting seat through manual cooperative work; the clamping assembly works to clamp the pole of the large-scale circuit breaker, and the overturning platform overturns downwards, so that the overturning platform is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and the large-scale circuit breaker is laid flat. Compared with the prior art, the hoisting method has the advantages that the large-scale circuit breaker is hoisted to be flatly placed through cooperation of the special turnover device and a conventional hoisting mode, in the whole hoisting process, manual labor is greatly reduced, consumption of manpower resources is reduced, and the pole of the circuit breaker can be quickly flatly placed.
本发明涉及一种大型断路器的吊装方法,准备好断路器极柱吊装所需的工具,工具包括行吊、专用的翻转装置,专用的翻转装置包括翻转机架、翻转平台、支撑座、夹持组件;利用行吊将整个大型断路器吊运至专用的翻转装置处;通过人工的协同工作将大型断路器的下法兰座支撑在支撑座上;夹持组件工作,夹持大型断路器的极柱,翻转平台向下翻转,使得翻转平台由竖直状态变为水平状态,完成大型断路器的放平。本发明的优点在于:本发明的吊装方法,通过专用的翻转装置的配合,再通过常规的行吊的方式来吊起大型断路器进行放平,整个吊装过程,大大减小了人工劳动,而且对于人力资源的消耗也少了,能够快速的实现断路器极柱的放平。
