The invention discloses a multi-axle automotive suspension control method, which relates to the field of automotive suspensions and comprises the following steps: acquiring current attitude data of a vehicle and target attitude data set by a user; when the vehicle is adjusted to a target included angle between the X direction of the vehicle and the road surface and a target included angle between the Y direction of the vehicle and the road surface, theoretical adjustment heights and theoretical target heights of suspensions on the two sides of all axles of the vehicle are calculated respectively, and the road surface is in contact with any wheel; extracting a theoretical maximum value and a theoretical minimum value from all theoretical target heights, combining the theoretical maximum value, the theoretical minimum value and the up-and-down stroke limit values of the suspensions to obtain actual target heights of the suspensions on the two sides of all the shafts, and adjusting the height of each suspension according to the actual target heights to obtain the height of each suspension. The actual target height does not exceed the up-and-down stroke limit value of the suspension. According to the method, the vehicle posture can be adaptively adjusted and controlled under the working conditions that the number of vehicle axles is large, the wheel tracks of the axles are different, and the road surface is uneven and flat.

    本申请公开了一种多轴式汽车悬架控制方法,涉及汽车悬架领域,包括采集车辆的当前姿态数据和用户设定的目标姿态数据;分别计算车辆调整到车辆X向与路面的目标夹角和车辆Y向与路面的目标夹角时,车辆所有轴两侧悬架的理论调整高度和理论目标高度,所述路面为与任一车轮接触的路面;从所有理论目标高度中提取理论最大值和理论最小值,结合所述理论最大值、所述理论最小值、以及悬架上下行程限制值,得到所有轴两侧悬架的实际目标高度,并根据该实际目标高度分别对每个悬架的高度进行调整,所述实际目标高度不超出所述悬架上下行程限制值。本申请能够在车辆车轴较多、各轴轮距存在差异、以及路面凹凸平工况下对车辆姿态进行自适应性调整控制。
