According to the BOOST converter, the first end of a first inductor and the first end of a second inductor are both connected with the positive electrode of a direct-current power source, and the second end of the first inductor is connected with the first end of a bus capacitor through a second switching tube; the second end of the second inductor is connected with the first end of the bus capacitor through the third switching tube, the first switching tube is connected between the second end of the first inductor and the cathode of the direct-current power supply, and the fourth switching tube is connected between the second end of the second inductor and the cathode of the direct-current power supply; when the BOOST converter fails, the four switching tubes are used for sealing waves; and when the difference between the voltage of the direct-current power supply and the voltage of the bus capacitor is smaller than or equal to a preset voltage threshold, the second switch tube and the third switch tube are controlled to be switched on so as to be protected. The body diode is not overheated, and the impact current is prevented from being too large.

    本申请公开了一种BOOST变换器、混合动力电动系统及控制方法,包括:第一电感的第一端和第二电感的第一端均连接直流电源的正极,第一电感的第二端通过第二开关管连接母线电容的第一端,第二电感的第二端通过第三开关管连接母线电容的第一端,第一开关管连接在第一电感的第二端和直流电源的负极之间,第四开关管连接在第二电感的第二端和直流电源的负极之间;BOOST变换器故障时,四个开关管均封波;直流电源的电压与母线电容的电压之差小于等于预设电压阈值,控制第二开关管和第三开关管导通,以保护第二开关管和第三开关管。既保证体二极管不过热,又避免冲击电流太大。
