The invention discloses a reactive power optimization method based on new energy and an electric vehicle access power distribution network, which comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing an energy transmission model of a high-proportion wind-solar new energy and electric vehicle charging and battery swapping station access power distribution network, and secondly, comparing the model by using different multi-objective evolutionary algorithms based on the model; and finally, a multi-target algorithm with the optimal solving capability in various environment states is obtained through analysis by means of an improved TOPSIS method. The method has the two advantages that firstly, the actual situation is fully considered, namely, the influence of new energy and electric vehicles on the power distribution network is considered, the potential of the new energy and the electric vehicles on reactive power regulation of the whole power distribution network is extracted, and finally a reactive power regulation strategy of the high-quality power distribution network is generated; besides, for power distribution networks in different states, the improved TOPSIS method can be applied to the problem and can change according to the change of environmental factors, so that one algorithm with the best optimization degree is obtained from multiple algorithms.

    本发明公开了一种基于新能源及电动汽车接入配电网的无功优化方法,首先建立了高比例风光新能源及电动汽车充换电站接入配电网络的能量传输模型,其次基于此模型用不同种多目标进化算法对该模型进行比较,最终依靠改进的TOPSIS方法分析得到在多种环境状态下求解能力最优的多目标算法。采用本发明,具有两大优点,其一是充分考虑了现实情况,即考虑了新能源及电动汽车对于配电网的影响,并从中提取了它们对整个配电网络无功调控的潜力,最终生成优质配电网络的无功调控策略。另外,对于不同状态下的配电网络,使用改进的TOPSIS方法即可应用于这个问题上,它能根据环境因素变化而发生变化,从而在多种算法中取得优化程度最好的一个。
