According to the internal locking type emergency retraction unlocking electromechanical actuator disclosed by the invention, the problem that a conventional dual-redundancy electromechanical actuator still needs to depend on electric power to realize emergency retraction and release is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, a radial necking groove of a lead screw nut corresponds to a locking guide groove of a nut sleeve and is restrained by a sliding block arranged below the nut sleeve, and the sliding block is connected with an emergency sliding sleeve in a coupled mode; an upper locking force spring and a reset spring keeping the upper locking force are axially restrained on the end face of a piston head, the end face of an emergency sliding sleeve and the end face of a step barrel locking sliding sleeve, a lead screw nut drives a nut sleeve to push the step barrel locking sliding sleeve to overcome the elastic force movement of the reset spring and the upper locking force spring together, and locking or unlocking of a rigid locking ball is mechanically switched. The actuator cylinder is linearly retracted in place for locking and unlocking, an emergency energy inlet high-pressure medium emergency release loop on the actuator is communicated, a reset spring pre-pressed in a piston head is compressed, a sliding sleeve is locked on a stepped cylinder, the emergency sliding sleeve overcomes spring force to emergently fall off, and a high-pressure medium pushes the piston cylinder to retract.

    本发明公开的一种内锁式应急缩回解锁机电作动器,有效解决了常规双余度机电作动器仍需依赖电力实现应急收放的问题。本发明通过下述技术方案实现:丝杠螺母径向缩颈槽对应螺母套筒的上锁导向槽,被螺母套筒下方设有的滑块约束,滑块耦合相连应急滑套,将上锁力弹簧和保持上锁力的复位弹簧轴向约束在活塞头端面及应急滑套端面和阶梯筒上锁滑套的端面上,丝杠螺母带动螺母套筒,推动阶梯筒上锁滑套一起克服复位弹簧和上锁力弹簧的弹力运动,完成刚性锁球机械切换上锁或开锁,作动筒直线收放到位锁定、解锁,沟通作动器上的应急能源进入口高压介质应急释放回路,预压于活塞头内的复位弹簧被压缩,阶梯筒上锁滑套、应急滑套克服弹簧力应急脱出,高压介质推动活塞筒缩回。
