According to the technical scheme, a steel ball guide hole for assembling a rigid locking ball is designed in the tail of a piston head, in emergency unlocking, a high-pressure emergency medium enters an outer barrel cavity of the electromechanical actuator from an emergency energy inlet in the tail of an outer barrel, an emergency sliding sleeve is pushed by the high-pressure medium of an emergency release loop, an upper locking force spring is compressed, and the locking force is released. The locking sliding sleeve on the stepped barrel is pushed by a high-pressure medium to be separated from the inner ring of the rigid locking ball, the rigid locking ball rolls along the steel ball guide hole, reaches the movement limit position when the locking sliding sleeve on the stepped barrel reaches and is separated from the locking groove, mechanical lock unlocking of the rigid locking ball is achieved, and after unlocking, the high-pressure medium pushes the piston barrel to stretch out, and meanwhile the sliding locking block slides in the radial direction of the annularly-distributed locking groove; and when the emergency sliding sleeve reaches the movement limit position, emergency unlocking of the anti-blocking mechanism in the hollow cavity of the piston head is achieved.

    本发明公开的一种防卡塞应急解锁机电作动器,实现不同工作介质的多余度应急的防卡塞应急解锁。本发明通过下述技术方案实现:活塞头尾部设计了装配刚性锁球的钢球导向孔,在应急解锁中,高压应急介质从外筒尾部上的应急能源进入口进入机电作动器外筒腔体,应急滑套被应急释放回路高压介质推动,压缩上锁力弹簧,阶梯筒上锁滑套被高压介质推动从刚性锁球内环脱离,刚性锁球沿钢球导向孔滚动,在阶梯筒上锁滑套达到运动极限位置,从锁槽脱离,实现刚性锁球的机械锁开锁,开锁后高压介质推动活塞筒伸出,同时滑移锁块沿环布锁槽径向滑动,从缩颈锁槽脱出,脱离应急滑套内环面,在应急滑套达到运动极限位置,实现活塞头中空腔体中的防卡塞机构应急解锁。
