    本发明提供一种滚轮罐耳及便于拆卸安装的滚轮罐耳,属于矿用容器导向装置技术领域,包括缓冲结构,缓冲结构包括安装板、安装架、安装壳、滚轮和缓冲器;安装板连接在底板的表面,底板的表面通过铰件铰接有安装架,安装架上设置有滚轮,安装架上固定连接有安装壳,安装壳与安装板之间设置有缓冲器。本发明通过底板、安装板、安装架和缓冲器构成的缓冲结构,由一个缓冲器进行承力可以起到上缓冲或下缓冲的作用,改善了轴承的受力状态,且使滚轮的位移变化趋向于直线,减少滚轮受到的扭转力矩和偏心力矩,相较于现有的滚轮罐耳的结构,使滚轮的受力更均匀,降低对滚轮上胶轮的磨损,并缩小弹性件的变形范围,进而延长了滚轮的使用寿命。
