The invention relates to a guide and buffer device used for a mine lifting container, in particular to a hydraulic buffer roller cage shoe. The hydraulic buffer roller cage shoe mainly consists of a roller, a bracket, a base and a buffer oil cylinder, wherein a dual-cavity structure is adopted in the buffer oil cylinder; a piston and an inner sleeve define a cavity A; a piston, a slide sleeve anda cylinder cover define a cavity B; and the cavity A communicates with the cavity B through a piston slot. While the roller is collided, the piston moves downwards to compress oil in the cavity A intothe cavity B, so that buffer is realized. The hydraulic buffer roller cage shoe is stable in buffer, is simple and compact in structure, is simple in manufacturing and is low in cost.
