The invention relates to a gas-liquid buffer device of a roller cage shoe. The gas-liquid buffer device comprises an inflation valve, a counter bore A is formed in the lower portion of a barrel, a counter bore B is formed in the top of the counter bore A formed in the barrel, a partition plate A fixed to the barrel is arranged on the lower portion of the counter bore B formed in the barrel, an annular counter bore is formed in the upper surface of the partition plate A, and a counter bore C is formed in the lower surface of the partition plate A. A connecting through hole enabling the annular counter bore to communicate with the counter bore C is formed in the middle of the partition plate A, a threaded through hole is formed in the upper portion of the barrel, and the inflation valve is in screw joint with the threaded through hole. The upper portion of a plunger is slidably located in the counter bore A formed in the barrel, an annular groove is formed in the lower portion of the plunger, a boss is formed at the upper end of the annular groove formed in the plunger, the lower portion of the plunger is sleeved with an annular sealing cover, the boss on the plunger is tightly attached to the lower surface of the inner side wall of the annular sealing cover, and the upper portion of the annular sealing cover is in threaded connection with the lower portion of the outer side wall of the barrel. The gas-liquid buffer device has the beneficial effects that the gas-liquid buffer device is relatively simple in structure and low in manufacturing difficulty.

    本发明涉及一种滚轮罐耳的气液缓冲装置,包括充气阀,筒体下部开设沉孔A,筒体上开设的沉孔A顶部开设沉孔B,筒体上开设的沉孔B下部设置与筒体固定的间隔板A,间隔板A上表面开设环形沉孔,间隔板A下表面开设沉孔C,间隔板A中部开设让环形沉孔、沉孔C连通的连接通孔,筒体上部开设螺纹通孔,充气阀与螺纹通孔螺接,柱塞上部滑动位于筒体上开设的沉孔A内,柱塞下部开设环形凹槽,柱塞上开设的环形凹槽上端形成凸台,柱塞下部套设环形密封盖,柱塞上的凸台紧贴环形密封盖内侧壁下表面,环形密封盖上部与筒体外侧壁下部螺纹连接。本发明有益效果:气液缓冲装置的结构相对简单、制造难度较小。
