The invention discloses a reversing control method, a reversing system, a chip and a computer readable storage medium, and the reversing control method comprises the steps that a first system of a vehicle detects a reversing event of the vehicle at any moment after the vehicle is detected to be powered on; wherein the vehicle further comprises a second system, the first system and the second system are realized on different cores under a heterogeneous multi-core architecture, and the second system is a vehicle-mounted system; the computing power and occupied resources of the first system are smaller than those of the second system, and the starting time of the first system is smaller than that of the second system; and the first system processes the car backing event at all moments. According to the scheme, the reversing response time and stability can be improved.
