The invention discloses a high-dynamic intelligent accelerator control method which comprises the following steps: an MEMS gyroscope reads an accelerator opening value at a high speed, and position sensors on two sides of an accelerator are used for verification and hot backup; judging whether the accelerator opening degree is high dynamic response or not, if yes, directly judging that the accelerator opening degree value read by the MEMS gyroscope is effective, and entering an engine accelerator opening degree adjusting step; and if not, whether the accelerator opening value read by the MEMS gyroscope is effective or not is judged, and if yes, the step of adjusting the accelerator opening of the engine is executed. According to the high-dynamic intelligent accelerator control method, the MEMS gyroscope is introduced and solidified on the accelerator pedal rotating shaft, and the problem that traditional resistance-voltage type and electromagnetic type accelerator opening degree control mechanisms cannot complete high-dynamic response is solved. A voltage type accelerator opening degree measuring sensor is introduced to each of the two sides of the maximum opening degree of an engine pedal, and the problem that the same signal is measured essentially according to a traditional double-path opening degree value, so that double paths may fail is solved.
本发明公开了一种高动态智能油门控制方法,包括以下步骤:MEMS陀螺仪高速读取油门开度值,油门双侧位置传感器验证、热备份;判断油门开度是否为高动态响应,若是,则直接判定MEMS陀螺仪读取的油门开度值有效,并进入发动机油门开度调整步骤;若否,则判断MEMS陀螺仪读取的油门开度值是否有效,若有效,则进入发动机油门开度调整步骤。本发明的高动态智能油门控制方法,通过引入MEMS陀螺仪并固化在油门踏板转轴上,解决传统电阻‑电压式和电磁式油门开度控制机构无法完成高动态响应的问题。通过在发动机踏板最大开度两侧各引入一个电压式油门开度测量传感器,解传统双路开度值本质上测量同一信号而可能引起双路均失效的问题。
