The invention discloses a monitoring method for tire pattern abrasion. The monitoring method comprises the following steps that S1, the power spectrum density of an original acceleration signal is calculated; s2, based on the acceleration signal, the acceleration signal can have an obvious peak value when entering the sensor grounding area every time, and the rotating speed of the tire is calculated according to the peak value; s3, the original acceleration signals are sampled at equal time, the sampling rate is recorded as fs, the time interval of the acceleration signals is 1/fs, tire tread patterns are periodic components of the acceleration signals in the tire rotation process, and in order to effectively strip the periodic components, the original acceleration signals are sampled at equal angles; and S4, measuring the wear condition of the tire according to the energy dispersion degree. According to the invention, separation of pattern components and structural components of tire vibration signals, monitoring of full tread but not local wear conditions and edge calculation of wear indexes can be realized, and signal transmission power consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种轮胎花纹磨损的监控方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1:计算原始加速度信号的功率谱密度;步骤S2:基于加速度信号,每次进入传感器接地区域时,加速度信号会出现明显的峰值,以此峰值计算轮胎的转速;步骤S3:原始加速度信号为等时间采样,记采样率为fs,则加速度信号的时间间隔为1/fs,轮胎胎面花纹为轮胎旋转过程中加速度信号的周期性成分,为了有效剥离出周期性成分,对原始加速度信号进行等角度采样;步骤S4:根据能量分散程度来衡量轮胎的磨损情况。本发明可以实现轮胎振动信号的花纹成分与结构成分分离、全胎面而非局部磨损情况的监控以及磨损指标的边缘计算,降低信号传输功耗。
